Rajshree engineers manufactures eccentric edge finder [eef] and touch probe sensor. It is a mechanical device, used on milling and boring machines for accurate location of machine spindle with respect to work piece. Shank and probe of eef are coupled together by an internal spring for independent rotation of both. It is precisely ground all over to ensure better accuracy and repeatability of edge finding. Shank and probe of an edge finder [eef] are made out of high quality alloy steel, hardened and accurately ground. Concentricity is maintained very precisely to reduce centrifugal forces. Tension of spring is precisely set for long life and clear indication of offset rotation. It does not exert pressure on spindle of machine in case of overdrive as in case of pin-blue method resulting enhanced life of machine spindle. Accuracy of edge finding is not effected by spindle/collet out ness. So it can be used with drill chuck also. Touch probe sensor is an electronic edge finding device used on machines like cnc milling, machining centers, jig boring and jig grinding machines to bring the machine in reference to the job held.
