This Binder DEBIND D-100 is a general purpose aqueous dispersion of acrylic resin. This Binder has high mechanical stability of DEBIND-D-100 makes it suitable as a binder wherever modern finishing techniques are employed. DEBIND - D -100, in common with most of the other members of the range of binders, is freely miscible with all the materials generally used in the finishing of leather. For intermediate and final pigment coats DEBIND - D -100 can be used for variety of harder materials.

The Properties of this Binder are:

• Type : Aqueous Acrylic Dispersion, Anionic.

• Solids : 40% ± 0.5%.

• PH : 7.0 - 8.5.

• Specific Gravity : 1.06.

• Alcohol Tolerance : Diluted to 20% solids-excellent.

• Alkali Tolerance : Non thickening agent.

• Storage : Stable-must be protected from freezing.
