Dynemech systems manufactures roller-burnishing tools for mirror finish and accurate sizing of internal and external diameters of various metal components. Roller burnishing is a cold working process in which highly polished and hardened rollers roll over the surface and high peaks of the surface roughness cold flows into cavities imparting 0.05 µm ra smooth surface finish and close dimensional tolerance. These roller-burnishing tools provide hardened; wear resistant, fatigue and corrosion resistant surface. Roller burnishing is an economical process as compared to grinding and honing. These roller-burnishing tools can be used for burnishing internal diameters, external diameters, teapered holes/shafts, raidus and flat parts. The machines are also suitable for applications on steel, cast iron, aluminium, bronze and all other metals of up to 30 hrc hardness. The company also supplies internal 5 mm to 250 mm diameter burnishing tools from and external 2 mm to 50 mm diameter tools.
