Mumbai-based r mansukhlal offers different types of fixtures, viz, indexing, non-indexing, chuck type, collet type, vertical, vertical and horizontal universal. Vertical indexing collet fixtures, model vic, come with rigid construction and free movement. These fixtures are designed for mounting vertically. The collet sleeve can swivel by 360°. Accurate and quick indexing is done by fixed division index plate with 24 notches. There is provision for positive locking. Different index plates with required division can also be offered. These fixtures are available in two models: vic-25 suitable for traub a-25 collet andvic-42 suitable for traub a-42 collet. Indexing accuracy is 0°, 15°. Total length is 270 mm, total width 180 mm, and distance between slots for clamping approximately 235 mm. The total height of vic-25 is 90 mm and vic-42, 100 mm. The approximate weight of vic-25 is 10 kg.
