R mansukhlal introduces precision micro boring heads in two different sizes. Boring caps with standard boring bars of bh-320 is 15 to 320 mm and that of bh-140 is 10 to 140 mm. Minimum cut adjustment [radially] is 0.01 mm in both the cases. Overall size without shank of bh-320 is 70 x 80 x 90 mm [w x l x h] and that of bh-140 is 70 o/d x 60 height. The approx weight of bh-320 is 3.5 kg and that of bh-140 is 1 kg. The standard shanks available are morse taper and iso. All other shanks are made to suit customers` requirements. Boring bars and shanks are made hardened and ground. The sliding surface is precisely lapped.
