R mansukhlal & company has introduced micro boring bars with cartridges for cnc and conventional machines. They are given with micro bore units, which have fine adjustment of 0.002 mm on easy to read large diameter dial. The micro bore units include a number of standard cartridges of various sizes and cutting tool configurations. It is exceptionally strong and can take heavy cut or face to a shoulder, as the precibore unit is equipped with a minimum number of machine parts.. This rigidity is provided by a cone angle of metal-to-metal contact. The system provides widest adjustment range to handle many bore diameters with fewer cutting tools. Micro boring bars also come without micro bore units. The company also offers micro bore units or only cartridges.
