R mansukhlal & co offers precision extension sockets. These are used on lathes and drilling machines. They are made from case hardening steel. They have hardness of rc 55 to 60. If extension sockets includes od mt1, 2, 3 and 4, the tolerance between id taper and od taper is 0.015 mm. The tolerance is 0.020 mm in case of extension sockets having od mt-5. Special extension sockets are offered against specific requirements.
