Rota offers two types of washing machines. The rotary versions are best suited for washing ampoules and small vials. The transportation by means of precision pincers guarantees a high safety standard in respect to glass breaks and cross-contamination.
Linear machines are more suited for vial washing. With one basic design, they provide the capability to process a wide range of sizes at high speed.
In parenteral packaging, open containers have to be washed before they can be sterilized, filled and closed. At this first stage, quality in washer design and construction pays off. If the washing process is not correctly designed, there will be difficulties further on in the process.
