Even small bottles can be inspected. Inspection is done through magnifying lenses or by means of cameras. The speed of these machines is coordinated with the speeds of other rota machines.
No parenteral medication can be sold without one hundred percent inspection. Generally, there is nothing more precise or more reliable than a trained human inspector, as long as the operator is not fatigued. To assist the human, semi-automatic inspection systems to assist the human are commonly used. Rota also provides totally automatic systems for very large production requirements, especially for particulates, fill level and cosmetic defects.
