Products are put to rigorous dynamic testing to test their integrity and endurance. Polyurethane & rubber wheels that are bonded to metallic centers are tested for their bonding strength.
The production facilities include cnc turning centres , robotic welding systems, computerized polyurethane casting plant and computer controlled hardening systems for hardening caster raceways.
