Br enterprises provides precision rotary table, type br rt-400. These rotary tables are principally applied in milling sectors of circles, drilling, slotting and shaping as well as circular dividing operations. Various constructional features of the equipment is made of high grade heavy duty cast iron with brinell hardness of 180 and precisely machined, hand scrapped to close to tolerances. The work piece must be aligned with respect to centre bore clamped in `t` slots on these rotary tables. Dividing is done by means of hand wheel or knurled knob, which operates the worm and worm wheel. The table is graduated from 0º to 360º for direct setting and with the graduated collar on the worm, the dividing can be done up to 2 minutes of an arc.
