Water Softening System is ready to install and are manually operated. These softeners are available both as standard models and custom built versions for specific needs. Scale forming cations [Ca & Mg: hardness ions in water] are replaced by Sodium ions from the resins, to soften water. The resin, in turn, picks up the hardness ions [Ca & Mg]. Exhausted resin is easily regenerated by brine solutions into the Sodium form and is ready for the next cycle. These find application in boiler feed, power plant, textile processing and air conditioning plant.
