Chittlesoft`s caps are cut from the best fabrics, feature neatly taped inside seams, have venting grommets or eyelets and adjustable straps. The caps are endowed with some salient features:

• The company offers a range of 5 and 6 panel caps in blended twill, 100% cotton twill, washed twill or denim, fine leather and suede caps.

• Every single cap is hand blocked on hard wood molded heads.

• They are baked in a steam oven, removed, hand shaped and put through a drying process to ensure that every cap has and retains its shape.

Each cap is unique as they are the fine work of swiss trained artists, working on the state of the art cad embroidery punching systems and embroidered work.
