Product Profile of Tablet Spray Coating Machine
Tablet Spray Coating Machine is used to connect any coating pan and most suitable for the rapid and uniform coating of tablets, granules and pallets. The Machine is offered in capacities ranging from 10 to 150 litres. The Machine consists of a stainless steel made pressure vessel provided with stainless steel jacket with electric heaters and thermostat control and provided with safety valve, pneumatic oscilating type stirrer fitted on top of the vessel. The Machine is available with plain vessel for film coating and jacketed vessel for sugar coating. The Machine ensures that spray nozzles are operated with the help of a pneumatic cylinder connected with digital timer and solenoid valve programmed for a sequential spray. The Tablet Spray Coating Machine ensures that vessel is filled with the coating solution and pressurized with oil moisture free compressed air to get uniform atomized conical spray over the tablet bed inside the coating pan.
