The Water-Soluble Antistatic Softener is used for all kinds of synthetic fibres. It is a balanced product which takes care of static problems, lubricate, cohesion, etc.

General Properties of Water-Soluble Antistatic Softener are:

• Appearance: Pale Colour liquid

• Ionic nature: Non-ionic

• Solubility: Clearly soluble in water

• Acid value: Less than 2%

The exact quantity of application will vary depending upon conditions like temperature, humidity etc. The normal dosage is as follows:-

• Polyester: 0.5% to 2%

• Staple/Polynosic: 0.25% to 2%

• Polyester/Cotton/Acrylic blends: 0.5 to 1.5%
