Mother Dairy India Limited offers Guava Pulp. Mother Dairy India Limited is ISO 9001-2000 and HACCP certified, and the products of this organization are Kosher certified. Guava Pulp is made from white and pink Guavas, ripened under controlled atmospheric conditions. The preparation process includes washing, cutting, de-stoning, refining and packing. In case of aseptic packing, the pulp is sterilized and packed in aseptic bags. The refined pulp is also packed in cans, hermetically sealed and retorted. Frozen pulp is pasteurized and deep-frozen in plate freezers. Guava Pulp is used mainly for making juices, nectars, drinks, and jams, fruit cheese and fruit bars. Guava juice is considered a nutritious drink and can also be used in puddings, bakery fillings, fruit meals for children and to flavour ice creams, yoghurt and confectionery. Mother Dairy`s Guava Pulp has an aromatic flavour and high natural Vitamin C content that makes it suitable for blending in a variety of ready to serve beverages and health drinks. They are free from any pathogenic organisms. The Guava pulp is packed in aseptic bags of 55-gallon capacity in open top steel drums.
