Vacuum Pan Concentration / Evaporator System Juice Extractor Machine is suitable for concentration of juice / pulp to prepare concentrate / paste. The pan is provided with top and bottom hemispherical shape shell. The top and the bottom shell are bolted together. It is available in both anchor and paddle type stirrer assembly. The drive for stirrer assembly is fixed on the top shell. The system is under vacuum thus lowering the temperature. Vacuum in the system is maintained through vacuum pump. Steam is used as a heating media which is provided in the steam jacket of bottom shell. The water vapours removed form the product is condensed in the condenser. Cooling tower water is circulated in the condenser to condensate the vapour. Capacity ranges from 200 kgs per hr evaporation rate upto 3000 kgs per hr.
