• Wheat Flour

• Sugar

• Edible Refined Hydrogenated Vegetable Oils like Palm oil/Soya bean Oil/Cotton seed oil and Sesame oil

• Desiccated Coconut Powder

• Liquid Glucose

• Invert Syrup

• Sweetened Condensed Milk.

The Leavening Agents added to these biscuits includes Ammonium Bi Carbonate & Sodium Bicarbonate, Iodized Salt, and Soya lecithin. Permitted Emulsifiers like Datem, Diacetyl Tartaric Acid, and Ester of Mono Digly Cerides are added to make these biscuits. Dough Conditioners like Sodium Meta Bi Sulphite are added to this Coconut Crunch Biscuits.
