As a part of that the solar photovoltaic[spv] water pumping system converts the solar energy into electricity which is used for running the motor pump set. The pumping system draws water from the open well, bore well, stream, pond, canal etc. It is available in range of 200 watts -2250 watts. Since it runs on solar energy it saves on a lot of diesel and electricity thus keeping the environment pollution free and noise free.
