Spd seris pressure sensors are designed for, measurement of pressure in the range between o and 6 bar. This range specifies full-scale ranges available. For absoulte pressure measurement a reference vacuum chamber is formed on the die during production. The modified six pins dual in line packaging this sensor is especially made for mounting on pc-boards. The bridge resistance is about 3.3 k-ohm and its range makes the sensor ideal for sigitising with the ut 103. Its typical applications are blood pressure meters, process control and vacuum meters.
