Dif fill solid wire contains typically extra low carbon 190% cr, 12.5% ni, 2.0 % mo. Dif fill solid wire provides creep resistance at elevated temperature up to 850 degree celsius. It is a low amount of carbon in the weld metal ensuring freedom from interguranular cracking. Dif fill solid wire is used for welding of low carbon molybdenum bearing austenitic stainless steel. Dif fill is used for joining and surfacing of aisi 316, 316 l and similar composition steels. It is also used in chemical, textile, food, paint and dye industries.
