Water soluble cutting oil is used in almost all tool rooms and machine shops around the world. Typicaly conecntration of the coolant is 5 per cent to 10 per cent. Due to growth of bacteria, water starts smelling and it has to be replaced within 2 to 3 weeks. Hangsterfers products are better engineered and are biostable. These products are used by some of the best machine shops and are recommended by the most advanced machine tool manufacturers.
