Abbott enterprise india manufactures mould clamps for low height applications such as clamping moulds on plastic injection moulding machines and pressure die casting machines.
These mould clamps are available with compact front portion enabling it to penetrate into limited clamping area of the mould and clamp it. The operator has to position the swivel pin on required curved groove to set centre distance between e clamping portion and bolt. The rear of these mould clamps do not require any support as rear portion rests on platen and front holds the mould. The flanged nut is tightened on swivel pin which takes care the positioning of clamp body. The company supplies mould clamps with swivel pin, flanged nut and clamping stud or t-bolt.
