Automatic bar loaders for cnc lathes [model fedek dh-65] allows unmanned operation of a cnc lathe for bar work components where bas feeder does more than one bar feeding. These bar feeders require simple m-code interface with cnc lathes.Chuck open/close and block skip function can control the bar feeder operation in auto program execution. Bar feeders incorporate their own separate plc to support various features and interlocks.The capacity of the bar loaders is from bar dia 5 mm to 65 mm with magazine capacity of 10 pieces of dia 65 mm bar stock.These also support hand-held operator pendant for bar feeder adjustment.The remnant length,workpiece lenght,pusher rod push-stroke,retract stroke,etc, can be set from front panel of the bar feeders.Other feature of the bar loaders is that they can accept black bars directly,and hence there is no special requirement necessary for bar staightness. Also bar feeder setting can be changed fast to accept a bar diameter change.
