Ptfe ram extruded rods in sizes ranging from 6mm dia onwards upto 50mm dia in 900mm,1000mm,1500mmand 2000mm length.The diameter of the rods is maintained consistent throughout the length to machine it on auto lathes with collets.The quality of rods with respect to physical properties is tested at full-fledge in-house laboratory.The rods are mainly supplied to electronic connector industries and computer hardware manufacturers.Also manufacutred are ptfe sheets of 100mm*1000mm area in thickness 1.5mm and above.
