Trinity engineering which is an indigenous provider of state-of-the-art equipment in power factor and power/energy management is supplying true-rms electrical power meter power pro-xt. This electrical power meter can be applied for three phase four wire electrical systems and is useful for measuring phase voltages, currents, power factors, kva system, kw system, kvar system and kwh energy. The true-rms electrical power meter is available with a 16 x 1/16 x 4 stn lcd which displays the various measured parameters sequentially in two pages with volts, amps and kwh in the first page and pfs, kva, kw, and kvar on second page [in 16 x 4 model]. The instrument has a front membrane keypad can programme a ct ratio and digital signal processing [dsp] circuitry for class 1.0s high accuracy measurement for all parameters including kwh. Processing of the parameters is done using a powerful microcontroller operating at 16 mhz. These power pro-xt is available with advantages like easy installation [only three current and three voltage inputs to be connected], economy of space and minimal wiring.
