Godson engineering manufactures & introduces 3 rolls mechanical & hydro-mechanical double pinch-cum-pyramid type plate bending machines, especially designed for bending light, medium & heavy gauge plate with double pinch & pre-bending operation. These integrate a fixed top & two independent adjustable bottom rolls. Since plate bending machine consists of double pinch machines which regulates two edge pre-binding with one intromission of steel plates in the machine, they perform both symmetrical & asymmetrical bending works. For pre-binding is the process to minimize the flat end of plate to lowest level on both the two edges. This is achieved by clamping the steel plate by top & one bottom roll & bending the clamped portion by another bottom roll to the radius needed. The machines are perfect for exact bending works. They have integral ability to hold for conical bending. Section binding is feasible with additional attachment. Three-power roll is provided with plate bending machines. In mechanical version two bottom rolls are elevated separately by separate gearbox & electric brake motor. Hydraulic power pack unit & separate hydraulic cylinders in hydro-mechanical version carry out the identical operation. Separate especially designed gearbox & motor are powered by top & bottom rolls.
