Pitroda utility industries manufactures model pitroda pui-300 hydraulic cylindrical grinders in hydraulically and mechanically operated versions. These cylindrical grinders are available with technical features like close-grained and heavily ribbed casting base for high rigidity; hand scraped v-flat table guideways with continuous lubrication; and longitudinal hand travel of table by rack and pinion arrangement and automatic travel by hydraulic mechanism. The company supplies these hydraulic cylindrical grinders with combination of hydraulic pump, valves, levers, piping, etc, conveniently housed in base as well as separate power pack. The grinders are available with a case hardened nickel chrome alloy steel wheel head spindle ground and micro-finished that runs in adjustable phosphorous bronze metal bush bearings for high accuracy adjustable and long life. The hydraulic cylindrical grinders come with a drive to the wheel head that can be transmitted by two v-belts. Special alloy steel made work head spindle runs in taper roller/angular contact bearings. The machine is supplied with 400/ 440 v ac 50 hz electricals.
