These are introduced for applications like taper grinding, end face grinding, internal grinding and od grinding. The system consists of an air motor, control unit, spindle and speed reducer to ensure optimum results. The falcon g-series grinding system can be easily set on any lathe and can successfully undertake high precision taper grinding, internal grinding, end face grinding, and od grinding ensuring highly concentric results, through the stable rotation of air motor and spindle, and the automatic reciprocating motion of the cylinder shaft. The system comes in two models viz. Falcon g-1 series with adjustable stroke range of 5-55 mm, and the falcon g-11 series with adjustable stroke range of 5-127 mm. The speed of the reciprocating motion is also adjustable [15-141 mm/sec]. The system has a patented non-redial play mechanism to ensure high precision grinding and excellent surface fufish.
