The Microprocessor Based Electromagnetic Flow Meters consist of a flow tube lined with insulating material, two electrodes mounted opposite each other and coils generating magnetic field. When a conductive medium flows through the magnetic field an emf is generated. This signal is amplified and processed by the Converter to give an output proportional to the fluid flow rate.
