Allied electronics manufacturing co provides analog frequency meters [model afm-2]. These analogue frequency meters consists of an amplifier-attensuator circuit, wave shaping circuit, monostable multi-vibrator and metering circuit. These frequency meters are completely transistor and ic-based. Regulated power supply is used for stability. The instruments are housed in elegant and strong metal cabinets. Some of the technical specifications include: indication of 5½" wide scale meter; sine, square, triangle [5.5"] ramp and puluses type of input signal; 25 mv to 10 v [rms] sensitivity; transistor and ic-based circuitry; 230 v/50 hz power supply; and dimensions of 12" [w] 5½" [h] x 5½" [d]. The analog frequency meters indicate the frequency of input signals from 10 hz to 100 khz in seven ranges, directly on a 5½" wide scale meter. They are analog substitutes for digital frequency counters. The instruments accept any signal in the amplitude between 25 mv to 10 v [rms].
