Rotomac industries pvt. Ltd has introduced positive displacement pumps with progressive cavities. Its main machineries are the rotor [rotating part] and the stator [fixed part]. The rotor is a type of very rough-cut pitch threaded screw with a deep thread and a narrow core. The stator has twice the pitch of the rotor. As a result there are cavities between the stator and the wildly turning rotor. These cavities move forward constantly from the inlet port to the outlet port. The capacity is 0.2 to 200 m²/hr; pressure: 24 bar max. Or more for system pressures; and, temperature: -30 to 200°c. All the gears are made of best quality material.
