Product Profile of Resin Casting Plant With Mixing Chamber
CEE DEE Vacuum Equipment Pvt. Ltd is the designer and manufacturer of Resin Casting Plant. The Resin Casting Plant has cooling arrangement for controlling the exothermic during mixing, as required. The system is specially designed for vacuum casting with easy control and observation from outside, with specially designed PTFE valves. The other features of the Resin Casting Plant are as follows:
- Mixing chamber for mixing of Resin, with hardener, accelerators, pigment and fillers, of capacities from 5 kg to 1000 kg, design for high vacuum degassing.
- Mixing chamber designed with heating system having precise temperature controlling arrangement.
- Casting chamber, adequately sized to accommodate desired number of moulds, designed for pouring resin under high vacuum.
