Top and bottom chamber are made from pvc and moulded flexible diaphragm is made of neoprene or viton. It is appropriate for pressure range up to 150 psi and for maximum temperature 70[c. The pressure gauge is fixed on the top chamber after filling with any compatible fluid such as water, glycerin or silicon oil. Line pressure enters the lower chamber through process connection ΒΌ" npt [f] and transmits pressure to flexible diaphragm, which transmits pressure to the gauge. Pvc sealed unit is ideal solution for pressure measurement of corrosive fluids and eliminates use of costly metal parts.
