Pbs conductivity analyzer is a fully solid-state instrument, which incorporates latest ic, based circuit for industrial and laboratory application. It provides a reliable means to continuously check and monitor the level of soluble impurities in [aqueous] liquids. Control action and current transmission is also possible with the instrument. The instrument provides an ac excitation voltage of appropriate amplitude and frequency to the conductivity cell and measured conductivity is indicated on a 3½ digit led display. Control set points adjustable through out the range of measurement. Temperature compensation is available to compensate for actual process temperature. Pbs conductivity cell [sensors]: suitable conductivity sensors of ss 316/ss 316l and teflon material are accurately constructed to provide high degree of accuracy and reliability. Cell constant of k = 0.01, 0.1, 1 and 10 are available. Application: water treatment plants - the instrument is useful for on-line checking of conductivity at the outlet of water treatment plant wtp plants like dm plants, ro plants, etp plants, conductivity range from 0.1 to 30,000 µs/cm; boiler application - the instrument is useful for online tds monitoring for auto blow down systems; and other application - tds in evaporative cooling towers, rinse water and bath concentration in plating and metal treatment, presence of chemical impurity in wash water in food processing, dairy, brewery, etc.
