Asia automation provides electronic cam switch unit, ecam-21 for press automation and control. The resolver detects the current position and developed 16 programmable cam outputs. In one rotation each output can be set on twice and can be programmed as timed output. The resolver interface of the device is adjustable up to 1,000 spm. The device possesses 2x16 characters lcd display. The absolute/relative mode enables crank angle datum setting. The inputs and outputs are isolated. The auto advance computation ensures clutch brake actuation. The first die change over is possible because the storage capacity is 1,000 die recipes.
