Om Engineers offers Antistatic Stretch Film suitable for machine wrap and hand wrap. This product prevents the build-up of static charge which is formed during transportation, handling and in the final use of products like electronic assemblies, populated PCB`s. The Antistatic Stretch Film is suitable for machine wrap and hand wrap and it also prevents attraction of objects like dust and other plastic parts. It also prevents electrostatic discharge and is available in the form of various sizes and thickness. Due to stretch ability coverage of surface, area is thrice that of normal poly film. The stretch ability of the film offered is as high as 300%. Antistatic Stretch Film suitable for machine wrap and hand wrap has tearing strength of 85 to 115 gm per 25 microns. It features non-corrosive as well as no leakage attributes. Its transparency is normal as LDPE film. Tolerance of the product is on width ± 2.5 mm and on length ± 2.5 mm. Antistatic Stretch Film suitable for machine wrap and hand wrap have a static shielding ability up to 60,000 volts. Width of tubing of this product is minimum 4 inches and maximum 24 inches and is available in pink color. The thickness of the product is 100 gauges [0.025mm] to 200 gauges [0.05mm].
