Hydac [india] hydac offers a hand held portable digital data recorder unit, hmg2020. The digital recorder can be used with respective accessory/sensors to enable measurement of flow, pressure, temperature, speed, current, etc, at any given instant at any given point, provided minimess connection is available. Flow sensors are to be connected inline. Hmg2020 has the capability of measuring up to eight different functions and it can also records max/min [peak] values that can be displayed and reset on desire. Measured or recorded readings can be directly taken printouts or connected to pc for downloading readings. This kind of measurement will be useful for preventive maintenance and checking/testing of critical parameters of your equipment so that major failures arising due to the variation of these parameters can be avoided.
