Industrial Pin Cropping Machine is a horizontal machine with fixed and moving die in between pins feeded through the rotating pin. The Machine can produce 100 to 120 pins per minute. The Machine consists of main motor, pneumatic clutch brake unit brake gearing mechanism and reciprocating arm and supporting crown holding the fixed die with adjustments. The Industrial Pin Cropping Machine can be able to chamfer on either side from 10 mm to 15 mm in diameter and 1 inch to 2 ½ inches in length.
