Pinnacle engineering enterprise comes with table size 800 x 400 mm and model GSH - 8 Jumbo with table size 1000 x 500 mm, in hydraulic as well as NC/CNC version. These have rigid construction and high motor power for higher metal removal rate. The longitudinal table drive of the machine is hydraulic with separate hydraulic power pack and solenoid valves. The grinding machine is provided with reversal cushioning device to facilitate soft reversal of the table. Table speed is infinitely variable from 1 to 18 m/min. Spindle centre above the table is 525 mm and rapid vertical movement is 14mm/min with least count of 0.001mm. Cross slide along with grinding column travel on one Vee and one flat guide ways that are Turcite - Blined. The drive is electromechanical by means of trapezoidal lead screw and adjustable spilt nuts. The blacklash of the same can be adjusted. Auto cross feed is infinitely variable from 2 to 35 mm per stroke and rapid job positioning speed is 120 mm/min.
