Ash & alain supplies new distance settable photoelectric sensor for reliable detection of objects which were difficult to be detected reliably using traditional diffuse reflective sensors. Settable photoelectric sensor gives stable detection of products such as cartons of different colours or black colour tyres on a conveyor line, objects like wafer cassettes, objects moving on highly reflective background like stainless steel. Settable photoelectric sensor gives stable detection regardless of colour, material, size of the detecting object or background and is available in two models with sensing distance of 0.5 to 20 cm or 0.5 to 50 cm. It also includes npn/pnp output switch selectable for easy application anywhere, easy distance adjustment with a six-turn arrangement with indicator, and solid outer construction for excellent durability.
