Hydraulic hand pumps from gemini power hydraulic are available in lightweight and compact design. These are manufactured by enerpac bv of netherlands. Steel and plastic are used to make the housing of the pumps. With two-speed operation they provide better performance than single speed pumps and lessen the handle strokes by as much as 78 per cent. They have several other standard features such as lightweight & compact design; durable glass-filled nylon reservoir & nylon encapsulated aluminium base for maximum corrosion resistance; low handle effort to minimise operator fatigue; integral 4-way valve on p-482 for operation of double-acting cylinders; handle lock & lightweight construction for easy carry; large oil capacities to power a wide range of cylinders or tools; non-conductive fiberglass handle for operator safety; and internal pressure relief valve for overload protection. The technical specifications of the pump are: reservoir capacity of 500 to 12003; flow at rate pressure of 0.9 to 2.47 cm3/stroke; and maximum operation pressure at 700 bar/10,000 psi.
