Premium group has developed gyro screen [vibro screen]. The decks are totally die made which results in better accuracy of decks. The variation in diameter is of the order of + 0.5 mm to 0.5 mm. The decks are made of heavy gauge and they are perfectly circular in shape. The discharge of each deck is in line with the surface of screen which ensures that no oversize is left on the surface. The decks are suitable for wet application as they are totally leak proof. The base of the equipment has suitable design that enables even the lower deck to be clamped to the base rather than being bolted. The clamps are die made resulting in smooth finish and added accuracy. The gyro [vibro] screen are available in two versions: the first one is with light duty frame [conventional adhesive type] while the second one is technically much improved, heavy and with self locking system. The first one is light in weight and is adhesive based. It needs external fixture for wire mesh fitting. The upper age of the heavy self lock version has the minimum wear rate as compared to the standard in terms of sagging of the wire mesh. Also, this has the additional benefit of inbuilt screen fitting arrangement. The machine has gmp grade finish. Salient features of vibratory motor of gyro screen: motor is made of heavy steel cast body, has heavy shaft [almost double then conventional motor], it is fitted with roller bearing, silicon steel stampings used in rotor for cool operation and insulation is of superior grade in the windings.
