Alfa technologies has introduced dry-ice making machine - dim 500 with latest devices and technology. The machine solidifies co2 in brick form directly from the co2 cylinders. The temperature of dry ice is -76°c and colour is white. Dim-500 is a portable, compact, easy to operate and safe machine. It makes 500 gm brick of dry ice every 90 seconds. It has very low power consumption [about 150 watts only]. This machine produces 7.5 kg dry ice from one cylinder of 27 kg co2 [99.9% pure]. It basically solves the problem of costly storage and transportation of dry ice. It is used in all the fields where very low temperature is needed without deep freezer. Rthis machine is beneficial for the research labs and industries working in the field of chemistry, chemicals, food, pharmacy, ice-cream, nuclear energy, welding, hydrology, etc. One cylinder filled with 99.9% pure c02 is offered with the machine.
