Rolex grade i press brakes are designed for fabrication of box casings, railway coaches and bus bodybuilding, a wide range of steel furniture and various other forming jobs. They give trouble-free and continuous operation and have a capacity range of 20 to 200 tonnes. Bending capacities range from 1,500 mm to 3,1 00 mm length and 1.6 mm to 8 mm thickness. Ram adjustment motor drives the adjustment screws through gearing in and out of the connecting links at a convenient speed. Powerful brake is interlocked with clutch and acts fast to stop the ram within the time taken for clutch release. Powerful disc type clutch is provided which is easy to operate and it picks up the loads from a standing start.
