Quality machine tools offers horizontal boring machines. These machines can execute different machining operations of a rigorous nature. They are competent of wide applications & are used for horizontal boring, drilling, facing & milling work. The table has automatic movement both longitudinal & cross covering both the axis x & y. the table rotates 360 on the axis. Rapid feeds are also provided to both the traverse movements. The headstock is geared drive with a long boring bar. The machines are accessible in both small & big boring capacity. In all there are five models having spindle diameter from 65mm to 120mm. They are complete with standard ancillaries & all electrical fittings, specifically, electric motors, starters, limit switches, etc. They are well lubricated with centralized motorized lubrication pumps.
In addition, facing chucks are also supplied along with the machines.
