Quality machine tools offers rolex brand grade-i precision universal cylindrical grinding machine. These are designed in close tolerance for grinding of fine finished surfaces. It is useful for grinding of precision automobile parts and other jobs. The machine comes in six different models from minimum 350 mm between centres to maximum of 1,500 mm between centres, and maximum diameter of 100 mm to 300 mm. All the models are fixed with automatic feed. The machine is fitted with separate individual motors for independent drives such as longitudinal traverse of the table, internal grinding attachment, grinding head and coolant pump. It includes starter, belts, coolant pump, dead centre, and the wheel flange is fitted along with the wheel. Also available additional accessories like internal grinding attachment self-centering chuck, independent 4 jaw chuck, 3 point steady rest, revolving centre, radius turning drive, balancing stand with mandrel, spare wheel flange.
