Lavingia enterprises offers face-grinding machines which has been developed for grinding the side faces of stone cutting circular saws. The company offers four models covering sizes [od] 400 mm, 600 mm, 1200 mm and 2000 mm. All these machines are fully automatic, suitable for volume production or small batch production. It has programmable grinding, dressing and spark-out parameters. The fully automatic cycle ensures high repeat accuracies of surfaces ground, and reduces fatigue to the operator. The machines are equipped with high cutting velocity wheels, achieve very high material removing rate and deliver excellent surface finish [0.8 micron].
