The Single or Multi-idler Belt Weighing Systems are used for installation on flat or inclined belt conveyor up to 2 m wide. This system features indicator up to 3 idler frames, speed transmitter, junction boxes and cabling. It provides bulk total and feed rate to an accuracy of ± 0.5%. It has a height-adjustable load button that simplifies installation of the machine. The encoder of the Single or Multi-idler Belt Weighing Systems ensures correct and precise calculations of feed rate. In case of constant known speed, encoder can be replaced by simple calculations in the indicator.
