Bharat fritz werner has launched a high precision cnc horizontal machining centre, model maxpro h400 e. The cnc horizontal machining is fixed column type machine which is designed to perform a variety of operations both in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The high-grade cast iron bed and box type column structure ensures highest rigidity of the machine. The spindle cartridge is mounted on a vertical slide, which moves on column. The table slide moves on a cross slide which in turn moves on the bed on linear guide ways and the special design of the spindle ensures high accuracy and stiffness. The unique feature of this machine is that it has a 20-tool magazine mounted directly on top of the column and the tool change is accomplished with out the need of a tool changer arm. The spindle directly picks the tool from the magazine thus making the tool change reliable. This machine is supplied with swing type of pallet changer for fast pallet change. The coolant and chip disposal is through a chip conveyor placed in front of the machine below the pallet changer. The cnc horizontal machine is provided an aesthetically designed full guard for maximum operator safety and convenience. Standard features include index table, automatic pallet changer, air blast spindle cleaning, hydraulic power pack, and air blast oil cooler and basic coolant system.
